Map-Making Background
I started mapmaking about two years ago. My first project (wayy too ambitious at the time) was a conversion of Warcraft III into Warcraft II. Although I never finished, I learned a lot about the editor. Later I got into JASS and learned quite a few GUI tricks. Even now I mostly use GUI but I do not consider it a handicap (Although others might), since you can do a lot with clever use of arrays. Currently I use JASS for specific instances where I need local variables or local handles. Also recently I am working with trackables, which obviously use JASS almost exlusively. Anyways, during the past two years I have made quite a bit of stuff although I never tend to finish my projects since I have an attention deficit problem when it comes to personal projects. I joined Clan TDG a year ago since I thought that I should get access to some good playtesters incase I actually need to test something. Plus the community is good.
