Map-making
I've been mapmaking in Warcraft 3 since March 2003/2004 though I have taken breaks for some months when I needed to. I've been in 3 clans total: Clan NoP (LoaP/friend's clan), Clan TDG, and Clan GS (Graveyard Shift). All of them are map making clans. Also I try my best to be active in-game and on various Warcraft 3 forums, helping anyone out that I can. If you see me in-game, I'll be glad to test your map if I am available.
Why do I map?
I map for the finished product as opposed to the map-making experience. Unlike many other map makers who get bored or tired of their own maps, the map I play the most is actually one of my own (Icewind). Another kind of weird thing is my second most played map is DotA: Allstars, which a lot of map makers hate. For me, if it's fun, I'll play it. I don't support DotA's underhanded stealing of other mapper's work, but I play WC3 to have fun, and for me DotA = fun.
