From the popular web cartoon Homestarrunner.com this is Strongmad (Strongbad's brutish brother). The skin looks nearly identical to the actual character (moreso in-game, where you can see the actual portrait). I couldn't do anything about the MG lumps, but if you don't zoom in, they are
easy to ignore.
Known Uses
I used this skin that I created in Spidering Willcage RPG (where I have a Strongmad hero as a bonus hero that players can pick in the later stages of the game.
